Tiny Pop's schedule doesn't make much sense, but I think that the "censored" episode was probably Where the Apple Lies, which still doesn't have an air date on the UK. I mean, "we'll schedule the new version as soon as we can" suggests that they're talking about an episode that currently isn't scheduled.
That still doesn't explain why are they airing Top Bolt after the finale, but my bet is, they're definitely talking about the Applejack episode there.

I'm feeling the opposite, despite as much as anyone else I want this dead horse of a series to finally end, I want a S7, just because I'd be livid if the show's finale is Starlight focused, with the Mane 6 absolutely gone. Enough of that though, got our Season essentially ending next week because some lad goofed up the scheduling. Pretty frustrated about that too. A lot of the fun that a new episode brings is essentially going to be lost and we're going to be missing a scene or two too because muh cider. Come to think of it, I actually missed that too and was unable to catch the episode as it aired because of WiFi issues. Read through later but it was hardly the same.

It's a simple plan.
Watch finale on Tinypop Thursday and Friday at midnight as the clock strikes 12 on the previous days to watch it. Watch Where the Apple Lies on DiscoveryFam on Saturday normal time. Finally, watch Top Bolt on Monday at midnight. Which is Sunday at midnight Pacific time.

I'm not too concerned watching the finale and last two episodes out of order slightly. I would rather do that to stay in the loop than avoid the entire Internet for weeks.

Mentions of cider in season 4 were always, ALWAYS cut out. Bats! Being the most annoying as every one of Dash's complaints about "muh cider" were cut.
In season 5, they were fine with cider being mentioned (maybe they got lazy), however, Trouble Shoes offering the CMC a glass was cut due to the CMC being children.
In season 6 it's the same, characters can mention cider, but not be shown drinking it.

Every single show that airs in Spain is aired in Spanish, but most of them have English (or whatever the original language was) as a secondary audio track. Most people here only watches dubbed shows.
The dubbed track is recorded at 25 fps, so it sounds alright, but after watching Tiny Pop's mess I've realized that "our" original track is pitch-corrected. It's absolutely insane that the English track sounds so much better here, where no one hears it, than in the UK, where it's obviously the only audio track.

There are tools to fix this.

The sped-up implies matching fields, pretty much progressive scan, so it can be slowed down back to 23,976 with AssumeFPS("ntsc_film") on Avisynth.

And then the audio slowed down with eac3to to match the video and fix the pitch:
