Go to a track and start running. Run a lap, walk a lap, alternate until you can start running a couple laps in a row without being winded. Then add variation. Sprint a straight, walk a curve, etc. Run a mile and then do some pushups and rows (easier to do than situps without a second person). Do at least a few miles every other day. Bam. You've lost weight, quickly and effectively.

So, no Dazzlings sighted in SDCC, and so far we've only been promised a "Rocking Adagio" that no one's seen. Hasbro has moved at such a slow rate that even Friendship Games is irrelevant. I don't think the company will ever release any minis from EqG 2,3 or perhaps even 4. The only upcoming releases we know are Sunset with her initial outfit, a Fall Formal dance playset, and a Cafeteria scene playset. I thought minis sold well enough to warrant a more regular release schedule. Instead Hasbro tries to get neckbeard bucks through wave upon wave of shelfwarming transforming brick repaints even though the target demographic imports the Takara versions anyway.
