I guess it comes down to opinions but I really don't feel like Adventure Time has gone to shit. I just started watching it a year ago and finally caught up to it, and while the show felt different in the first season, i don't feel like there is much a drop in actual quality.

At the moment Season 7 has been one of my favorite seasons overall. Really the only episode I've seen so far that i actually disliked in its entirety was President Purpoise.

Adventure Time also had an 8 episode "mini-series" focused around Marceline this season, and it has honestly has been my favorite stuff out of the series.

I don't really discuss the show much so I don't know if my opinion is a minority or not, but to me the show is still very much good.
