It got to be king in combat for a while there, which is a lot more than most gun Riders get. That said, there's limits to how impressive you can make just having a lot of guns, especially when you need CG to move all of the shoulder guns into position to actually fire them at something in front of him. It's neat that it can take out a lot of targets at once, but there was rarely a time when that was actually helpful. Taddle Fantasy had the opposite problem, where it could do damn near anything but it ate so much budget that Writer-san had to include an excuse for Hiiro to only use it at full power twice.

Kamen Rider X and Skyrider don't have complete subs. X is being subbed.

Skyrider actually has the rough unedited Kitsubs script floating around too for the remaining episodes, but I don't think anyone has cleaned it up (like removing translator notes that appear in the visible script, fixing obvious spelling grammar/mistakes) and put it together with raws in a single file.

There's lots of different things that "supposedly" killed Rider. Here's a small list.

There are a bunch of rumors, but according to an interview with Black RX's main producer (mentioned in the Japanese wikipedia page), it was because he disliked how Ishinomori gave his blessings to the Kamen Norida unofficial parody. Doubtful. Extremely high toy and BD sales plus the success of Amazons proves to Toei that there actually is a reliable and easy-to-communicate-with adult market, which they didn't really have back with Shin Kamen Rider, causing it to be kind of a mess. That means they'll be able to at the very least hold onto the niche adult market if for some reason kids lose interest, which is unlikely as well because they're also an influence in high toy sales. It would take an act of God himself to really stop Rider by this point.

Metal Heroes is getting an adult/niche revival thanks to Space Squad, and gives Sakamoto much in the way of wiggle room for tokusatsu action. Getter remains in the annals of history as one of the pioneers of mecha, and if Mazinger 2018 proves successful, we could see similar entries for Getter. Yuusha has the spiritual successor of Tomica Hyper Rescue Drive which, while not a great entry, does offer the foundation necessary to bring TakaraTomy back to their Super Robot roots, or at least a better chance than Transformers.

If anything is going to die fairly soon it won't be Kamen Rider, it'll be Sentai. Despite Ex-Aid having lower viewing figures on TV (mainly kids) it was still a success among older demographics, especially when you look at how well BDs sold compared to previous years. The toyline wasn't particularly unsuccessful either.
The new timeslot will definitely affect the viewing figures even further, but good or bad hopefully the execs will also pay attention to other measures of success and fan feedback.
