I felt like some parts were overplayed a bit too much, like Masamune, but honestly, it fit with his character of being the type of person to do anything and everything to stay up on the game, but even with the flaws it had at times of a fast as fuck pacing early on, or not playing inserts enough, I still loved it a hell of a lot.
The characters were real fucking good and they even got me to like an idol character. It's definitely in my top 5.

And unrelated to the show, but gashats are excellent toys and I hope Bandai continues to milk them with exclusives.

I just watched it all over the course of the past few days. It's a flawed masterpiece imo. Never have I seen a series with such flagrant flaws and bad decisions that managed to keep me invested the whole time. I laughed, I cried, and I cheered by the end. It's so over-the-top and dub, but cool and sincere at the same time. It made the bad seem not as important to me, which is high praise. Definitely one of my favorites now. 10/10 will definitely watch again in the future.

It was interesting show. It had a lot of flaws and it did a lot of things that I really hate with modern rider (bringing dead characters back to life for starters) but it made up for it by having interesting and engaging characters, an absolutely bonkers plot that kept me hooked and it truly felt like Kamen Rider. Kamen Rider hasn't been Kamen Rider since Ryuki.

Ex-Aid had practically no filler episodes (even the Kyuranger crossover was key towards the trio's synergy development) and every episode was a hypefest with lots to look forward to the week after. That's a major accomplishment no matter how you look at it, all thanks to writer-san having the liberty to manage every episode.

I think it might be the strongest Rider series overall at this point.
There are some things I would've liked more, such as the initial speculation that Emu was the Bugster and M was the human half which would've been interesting, or more active Rideplayers after Chronicle launched, but overall those are minute details that don't detract from the series' quality.
Even though it isn't perfect, there's not really a moment that feels unnecessary or boring. Action scenes, music, and Gashat jingles are all great.
