Though I'm new to kr (started on ghost) I now understand why everyone hated ghost so much. Ex-aid was much better than ghost. But I still feel like the final conclusion is kinda weak. It doesn't feel as good as the midpoint where they took down Dan. On that note Fourze was better even though the writing was lacking in some areas, I'd say i over all enjoyed it more. My next series will either be gaim or W. Probably gaim though.

I didn't know Masamune's actor sang wish in the dark, huh.

Why do people like Showa It's not as if though I hate Showa, there's just legitimately nothing interesting that it can offer me.
I just can't sit down and watch 50 episodes of extremely formulaic and objectively bad acting and writing with little to no hook besides "hey im watching old thing this is neat i am so patrician". I'm not enough of a masochist to subject myself to that and I don't care enough about the opinions of others online to try and gain their approval by pretending that I think Showa Rideris in any way actually better than any Heisei

I saw there are links for a few of the Heisei series' soundtracks in the OP, but does anyone know a good place to find quality rips of OPs for earlier shows? I've got all the Sentai OPs from Gorenger to Zyuohger and wanted to do the same for Kamen Rider.

Amazon is only like 24 episodes and a fun experience though.

I second this, easily my favorite among the Showa I've watched. However, I've enjoyed the others in the much same way I can enjoy most any dated special effects series. I take it as it is, rather than trying to quantify it beforehand, and enjoy the ride. Just give it a shot if you want and, if not, go on with your life. It's not for everybody.
