Parad is utterly bored at people not being at his level prior to Chronicle being created and Emu/M are his only real matches with Taiga and Hiiro occasionally matching up with him and fighting them in general is the only way he has fun. As soon as Chronicle gets created now he's suddenly okay with fighting what amounts to level 1 newbies and slaughtering them without any fight from them to the point that he calls it "Exciting" because he likes that Bugsters are reigning supreme? While it's true that challenges are what he derives enjoyment from, he's always put that second to big-picture matters; especially when it's with regards to Emu, like when Dan tried to kill him.
I'd attribute his scrub stomp to the fact that they looted Emu's stuff (since he didn't even try to put up a fight) over anything.

A the same time, he's always been pretty whimsical when it comes thing he views as inconsequential, like when he killed the BBS Bugster just because.

Do the subs for Kuuga in the OP have Grongi language translated? I was watching episode 5 and the subs changed colour and the Grongi started speaking a language that didn't sound like nip to me. I have heard that the subs often spoil events that you're not supposed to know about your first time through.

Grongi speak another language that's basically a cipher of Japanese with none of the cultural changes (in order to further throw off the scent). MCS is slowly redoing the subs and translating them, and are currently up until about episode 15, but you're better off not having the translations yet. They spoil a lot.

Look up the shows. Look up a random show. Like the suit? Watch it if it's got any subs.

There's streaming sites, but in some cases, there's also torrents and DDLs from nyaa. Original series is subbed by XIG, and there's a half-subbed version up to episode 45.
Kamen Rider X is currently being done by The Masked Subbers, otherwise it's HKs and guess-subs
Most other Showa shows are only done by 1 subber or so, and that usually makes things easier.

As for Heisei, most shows are done by TV-N. Kuuga has MCS and Agito has GomenRider. Blade had TV-N subs that were cleaned up by Turn Up Scrubs. Hibiki to Decade are all pretty much TV-N, though RaillerSubs are working on Kiva.

From W onwards, there's W-Time turned Over-Time, though improved versions of their subs are available in Blu-Ray quality from OZC-Live. Gaim was done by Aesir, and Ex-Aid is being done by both RTA and Excite! Subs.

Kamen Rider Black and Black RX are connected, RX is a sequel. Kamen Rider Decade is basically a big crossover event that references about 12 shows and "spoils" a couple. Otherwise they're pretty much completely self-contained.

Also, up to Kamen Rider Super-1, the Showa shows are "connected" but for the most part plot-irrelevant. Skyrider in particular actually has all the previous Riders return, so maybe watch all those first if you're seriously trying to make sure you're well-associated with any older Riders who appear.

Developed a drinking problem when mourning with Takeshi Sasaki (Hayato Ichimonji's actor), who was also best friends with her. The 4000 Amazons are regular people that were experimented on with Amazon cells, Alpha is one of them the only thing that makes him special is his Belt/Driver (and the fact that he was a scientist on the project).
Since I haven't finished the first season yet I am not sure what Omega's deal is, but based on what I am reading here, Haruka wasn't ever a human being before the Amazon cells, Amazon Cells fused with a test tube baby kind of thing, something was said in the episode I am on that kind of supports this, but I still don't know for sure.

Ryuki had amazing choreography. W was pretty good about it too, when the fights were mostly hand to hand, anyway. Kabuto was also really fucking good, namely Tendou himself.
