Super-1 himself is a pretty bland protagonist, but the first half of the show is still decent enough with the martial arts stuff and especially the final arc. There's also more focus on the fact that the hero and monsters are cyborgs than in the previous ones.

As soon as the initial villain faction is destroyed the show becomes trash though, with Rider Scouts getting most of the screentime and the new villains being jokes.

But Kuuga is too slow, nothing happens for 30 episodes, fights are boring and slow , final fight is not exciting, it had 3 good songs(opening , the bike one and rising your power to gold which is magnificent).
