There's a Ganma called "Book Ganma". He has no interest in the Ganma's plans and is just infatuated with the human world's books. He picks up a book about Masked Rider Ryuki and in his excitement, I guess he accidentally accidentally brings over the Ryuki Riders to this world.

Ryuki and Knight are somehow from the end of the show. Ryuki remembers dying and Knight's overwhelmed to see him alive. Also, the voice actors do a good job of emulating the original actors' speech patterns.

Book Ganma's excitement while reading the book called forth the souls of the last four Riders to die in the Rider War. Ryuki, Knight and Zolda decide that they probably shouldn't be here since they're already dead and all. Zolda doesn't have much interest in eternal life, and he also has no interest in a world that doesn't have Goro or Reiko in it. It's kinda sweet.

Asakura joins the Ganma because it's interesting. Also for some reason he's stronger than Ryuki, Knight and Zolda combined, even though in the actual show, taking on even two Riders at once was too much for him.

He is explicitly summoned to different worlds in order to fix something, and once that issue is resolved, he moves onto the next. If Narutaki really represents sort of order, then that may not necessarily be an order that the worlds themselves want.
