So it has been established that any Masked Rider user can summon their Zecter and it will fly to him from wherever it hangs out.
And it has already been established that the user of the Hyper Zecter can travel through time.
Then the Hyper Zecter gets destroyed.
BUT he knows he eventually has it (because he see Hyper Kabuto show up and kill monsters before Tendou gets the Zecter)
So he summons it the same way he would summon his regular zecter, and since the zecter can time travel the zecter he is summoning is from the past before it was destroyed

They're not actually "slowdowns." That's just O-T's fucked up translation. The colloquial term is "Heaviness" (どんより Donyori) and the scientific name is "Heavy Acceleration" (重加速 Jūkasoku).

It basically makes the air around you extremely heavy, so you move much slower. There's a huge motif in Drive about letting the weight off your back and getting yourself in "top gear," it's all about being exhilarated instead of depressed.

The funny thing is that Yonemura's the one who wrote The Last Story, and he was also one of Kabuto's main writers. So one of the guys responsible for making Kabuto a living god in his own show had him die like a bitch later on. Yonemura also wrote Kamen Rider War, meaning it's his fault that Kabuto lost to Skyrider as well.

Do you think if Gentarou had recovered this SOLU switch and used it in his driver, it would have restored Nadeshiko? I mean she was fine eventually, but since the driver and switches pretty much do whatever they need when needed, I'm guessing it would have restored her physical form right away probably.
