I still can't wrap my head around this. Japan gives you footage that's practically tailor made for Power Rangers and you don't use it? Considering the never ending influx of MMPR merch it would have been great for business.

Not trying to excuse it, but gonna follow the line of business reasoning that likely happened. Getting cast members to return is exponentially harder what with the show in NZ. It then also becomes a matter of cost. Eight returning cast members, airfare and wages for all of them, and with Dino Thunder cast being mostly off doing their own things. All for a television special, that likely wouldn't have drawn more ratings than the Legendary Battle did. It just doesn't make sense business-wise.

Chip also says we just had a season full of cameos, and wants Dino Charge to stand as its own thing, and I personally understand that. They could have done with just Jason and Connor, yeah, but ultimately I just don't think it made sense on a production level.

I think it would have been better if the SMF rangers lost the Goseiger powers and Zords instead of tossing them aside for the Gokaiger powers, just having them there unused seem pointless, it's like why not go to the Gokaiger powers from the beginning?

Pink ranger is kind of neat. The "wings" around the visor (the "3" shapes) actually extend into the black part of the visor itself.
Black ranger has a trunk going down the forehead between the eyes. There are two "tusks" that border the visor and the mouthpiece along the cheeks.
Blue ranger has three horns: two at the temples, and one at the nose.
Yellow ranger has the two fangs at the front (the M shape)... and two more fangs at the temples?

They are part of the power rangers franchise, and based on MMPR which is based on Zyuranger so Toei is still a part of this. They probably won't have to pay them at all since this is probably covered by their contract(after all, they did use sentai only teams in SMF and skipped some sentai seasons so my guess is they can do whatever they want with the sentai property without paying more for each season), so they probably didnt have to pay Toei in the first place.

And they definitely dont have to pay Bamco at all since they get profit for the sales the IP makes and they provide part of the show's budget themselves. Bamco wants Saban to make PR, not the other way around.

I recently started with XO Manowar and some of hte events more tied to it and it was fine but I stopped at around armor hunters because I had no time. What I did read was good tho.
