I'm not entirely sure of the original line (the latter of which is probably "Atashi datte!"), but if I remember correctly, it's one of those cases where the translation goes a bit too direct, when making it more "correct" would require a little bit of alterations.

Considering the context is, I believe, Calvina yelling at Festenia to be quiet and do her support thing, Tenia would be say something like "How rude!" or "That's just cruel!" or something, followed by "I can fight/do it, too!" or something similar.

My knowledge of Japanese is pretty rudimentary though, someone else might say it better.

Cast List is the one thing that bothers me in a bunch of SRC Scenarios because when I first discovered it, I was really hoping for a bunch of scenarios using series like Sakura Wars, Rayearth or Giant Robo and a bunch of other "not yet implemented by official SRW" series considering quite a few of them have their sprites done and data packs premade.

But instead it's still the same old "Tons of Gundam + Getter + Zinger and if you're lucky maybe one obscure novel no one has ever heard of" and man is that disappointing.

Which is why I kind of prefer the "human-sized" scenarios nowadays but then again, I suppose those just swap Gundam in the cast list for Nanoha

Well, you do find oddities here and there, but those tend to be rare, as you've said, or incomplete, and SRC seems niche that if something doesn't get regular updates it's probably dead. (Super G Robot Wars is a good example of something that seemed fun but is apparently dead; last update was over a year ago, I think)

It's probably just a matter of nobody behind SRC knowing enough about the plots to really make something of them, so they stick with stuff they've seen through SRW or because it's more popular.

Probably why SRC Dungeon is popular in its own way, since it throws a whole bunch of stuff in and doesn't let "plot" get in the way of using a ton of different mecha.

As I recall, not particularly. It seems to serve its purpose mostly in the early-mid stages, like how K's SEED Destiny plot was rushed through, except I don't think "rushed" is the right term for how THE MOON is done.

I believe I last stopped playing just before Stage 30 or so, and seem to remember most of THE MOON's stuff being done before the 20s really kicked in.

The unit has like, six spirit banks if not more, so at least it's a decent unit.

You can also watch ViVid if you want, though I'd recommend reading the manga first as the anime was hit pretty badly by the typical Nanoha TV-airing QUALITY (especially as it got outsourced to A-1 Pictures even though Seven Arcs does pretty good these days). There's also ViVid Strike next season, which appears to be a spinoff of ViVid featuring some new characters as mains.

I really should go diving and see how Dolphin runs on the new computer of mine. Years ago I tried GC and Neo emulation with an older one. Neo seemed to run OK visually but was hellishly slow on the map because of the models or whatever, and GC barely ran.

To be fair, they did do a lot to correct that in MD. Her raw accuracy stat is on par with Ratsel's to the point, at least at 46 where I checked since I didn't remember that issue in MD, and her evasion is higher. Equal with my Touya who's two levels higher, better than the Greden siblings, etc. She's firmly middle-of-the-pack now. Valsione's the goddamn problem with +15% and +20% on strongest attacks accuracy-wise. With Grungust-tier accuracy on Valsione itself. What the actual fuck Banpresto? Valsione R isn't even that dodgy in MD. 115 base Mobility, lower than any non-cannon-type MP Gespenst. The sole thing it has going for it is 70% bunshin.
