Battride War and Super Hero Generation are all the Vita has, but the latter really needs some knowledge of Japanese since it's an RPG to my understanding. I want to say I never played it though, so that could be wrong, but Lost Heroes definitely needed some Japanese knowledge so you weren't complete garbage at it. If you use HENkaku or some way to get into PSP mode you can use CFW on that to play All Kamen Rider Generations 2, Lost Heroes, and the Climax Heroes games.

Honestly Kiva is very flawed, but a fun ride in places. Good music and designs carry a show riddled with some of the poorest parts of the franchise (forgotten plot elements/powerups, iffy characterization, and melodrama/forced misunderstandings).

Kamen Rider Brave is Hiiro Kagami (played by Toshiki Seto), a surgeon at the Seito University Hospital.
