So tonight I finished up Sun Vulcan, Liveman, Hurricaneger, Abaranger, and Gekiranger that I was watching simultaneously for the past 2~3 months. Could have done it in just a bit over 1 but work and procrastination got the better of me. Fantastic shows.

Not so interestingly enough, my only complete sentai shows have all been the 3 man team seasons, with Zyuohger being caught up and the others I've only seen a handful of episodes of from miscellaneous seasons (usually just the first ep).

It also helps to assign shows to certain days of the week to better space them out. Hopefully you're better at not letting new releases throw a wrench into your schedule than I am.

I was looking at a list of Ranger Keys that includes a bunch of info, including the number on the back of the key I think it is printed on their ass. I just found out that a bunch of the "extra rangers" share numbers with other members of the team usually the last member of the team, although Female Shinken Red shares hers with Shinken Red and DekaMaster has his own unique one.
Why did they do this? Was it just to fuck with autists like me?

Sorry for the garbage picture quality as I don't have access to a proper camera, but you can at least kind of see the difference here outside of one thing on the Candy Toy Gokai Christmas. First off, the number is only on the ass and the back of the neck(Where the head inserts into the body) on Gash keys. This means you only need to worry about this on Gash exclusives and premium key sets. Candy Toys have a copyright on their neck in ink and a slight copyright on the back(Where the number is on a Gash key), but otherwise the numbers are in the exact same spot as they are on DX keys(The button of the key bit), they're just not as pronounced. The only downside with DX packs is that one of the keys will have copyright information on the bottom of the key side. There's no way around this.

As you can see, Metallic Gokai Red(Far left), DX Gokai Red(Next to that), and Candy Toy Gokai Christmas all have the same key and they're all R-001 so they all act as a Gokai Red key. Gash Gokai Christmas, Metallic Gokai Green(Middle right), and DX Gokai Green also all share the same key which is R-003, and they all act like Gokai Green.

In the case of Shinken Red(Female) the only difference is the skirt paint, nothing more, and it will call out as Shinken Red.

For the extra rangers, they're all random in if they're part of a team callout or not. For the most part they are combined, only select keys have special callouts(Shurikenger is the only one I own that has a unique callout, DekaBreak, MagiShine, and ShinkenGold all are just generic team callouts)

When you have time to sit back and think on a show afterwards you can better see the flaws and stand out points.

I liked Goseiger while I was watching it, but after it was all said in done, it's not a show I recommend. It's pretty plain for 2/3rds of the run, and most of the main cast is weak.

On the other end, Jetman's dick riding of Red and Black, and shitty handling of the other 3 characters made dislike it while watching, but overall it was actually a pretty damn good show. Good villains, and really good drama. Would recommend.
