Mikazuki's is almost perfect for his character. One-note and emotionless for 99% of the time, some would say that his only flaw is being too emotive.
As a whole it sounds the same as nearly any other modern dub. Nothing spectacular but the voices aren't terrible. Glad they didn't drop the ball and let it be shit though, which shows that future Gundam dubs will still have that expected level of quality to them. I'm juat hoping that this is the standard poor-fag level of quality and not what we'll get if Bandai wants someone to pick up a better show in the future.

Explain to me how Zeta Gundam is better written then Wing, Seed, 00, Unicorn, IBO etc. Because I don't see it at all.
The conflict felt like a bunch of irrational idiots who don't know how to run a resistance movement vs a organization of card-carrying villains who only lose in the end because of stupid in-fighting and stupidly deciding to team-up with Axis who predictably back-stab them.
Because nearly every character is either idiot or an asshole it makes it impossible to feel any sorrow when they did thus diluting any tragedy of war message Tomino had for it.

I love the original, but that's pretty meh. It's too overloaded with things and bits. The head horn is a good example and is just hideously large and overly complicated for no reason. The version of the original you posted isn't too bad though.
