To start with new Canon, Lost Stars is a popular favorite. If you liked Rogue One, you could read Catalyst or the novelization of Rogue One.

Lords of the Sith as you pictured is also very good if you like Vader/Palpatine. I've not read Ahsoka but I hear good things. A New Dawn and Heir to the Jedi are supposedly decent too. Avoid the rest in the picture unless you want to start with lower tier stuff.

Remember that Star Wars is huge, with vastly different stories. If you end up not liking the first thing you read, the next thing will probably be very different so give it a try.

People on /lit/ are going to shit all over SW as trite genre fiction so be warned. The /swg/ thread on /co/ is really the best place for discussion.
