you should shower daily, but shampoo only when you need to, 3x a week seems about average.
shampoo strips hair of oil and dirt so just use it when it gets looking greasy, and it seems like you should rub it into your scalp primarily. conditioner puts oil back so using it at the middle to the ends of hairs is the best way, hair near the scalp will get greasy on its own and gradually spread farther down your hair because of sweat or being wet. I'm still trying this stuff myself.
also using cold water, combing while its wet, and letting it dry without heat or a towel.

Tested edronax for dick function effects.

Erection was difficult to achieve which isn't very strange considering I'm on Cypro 25mg but unfortunately it was possible to get me to full erect status 4 1/4 in. Kinda disappointed.
