You have the luxury of having a small head which will go a long way. Grow out your hair and you'll probably want to do FFS on your nose and forehead in the future. Maybe on your hairline depending on how high it is. If you need to pass as male while you grow your hair just do a topknot while not shaving down the sides.

I know but it's just something you gotta make a habit out of. It really helps with building wider hips along with E hopefully redirecting your fat more towards that area. Just eat enough so that your muscles don't become too visible and you can still keep the smooth feminine image.

Okay I want to add that those glasses are really bad for passing, they make your forehead and your lower face look larger. They look good on 4'7'' girls because they already have a super small face. New glasses or contacts would go along way, also shop from the girls section for glasses to get slanted glasses or the youth section if your not comfortable.

Didn't realize you aren't even on hrt yet yeah you have a lot of fat around the cheeks and upper lip that will be moved so that's pretty good, in my experience chubby cheeks are really good for fat redistribution before hrt I had a similiar chin. Also I think your brows are pretty good shape just need to be trimmed. I think that you are right and that's a really unflattering image and there's a decent chance you pass without ffs but hrt is the important thing to watch for changes. Also an eyebrow piercing would probably do wonders piercings in general scream feminine depending on where they are. Best of luck either way!

i repressed harder and harder up until i was 24 then i fuckin cracked and now i'm mostly-passing after 8 months

the first few months can be the worst but you can pull through, it just takes a lot of effort and luck. some people transition at 18-19 and never pass, others transition at 26-29 and are flawless. it's more important to think about what YOU need to do, and whether or not you'll be able to live with your decision if you continue to repress.

I think you have a very roud face which is really nice so round glasses would work but make sure they have a slight slant inwards and done in order to shape your face inward and make it look smaller. Also I think patterns are really nice even if they look kind of cheesy, like lion print is okay and screams fem. Overall I think getting glasses that are slanted is the most important thing because almost every pair of women's glasses are centered around that design. Glasses that I linked are slightly slanted inward as an example.

I hate to say on here 'You won't pass' because I know people can get super worried n shit but I'm so close to saying that here unfortunately. You have a wide jaw, large dorsum, brow and forehead :/

I think the things you can work on to pass more is definitely eyebrows. They current start way to far away from the nose, try to make them longer and thin them out far more. You also have big eyes which is a bonus so try wearing lots of eye make up to divert attention to that area instead of the rest. Good luck with everything.
