I meant once you get to the level of the "passable" MtFs in this thread. At that level, if you saw the person irl while not thinking about trying to clock them, your brain would categorize them as "female" until given evidence otherwise. I've experienced this effect myself, where I've met a trans woman and not realized she was trans, but then she opens her mouth and speaks in a raspy falsetto voice and I suddenly start seeing all her male features and she doesn't pass anymore.

There's one youtube video I'm thinking of where there's an MtF NASA engineer talking about robotics or something, and many of the comments are about how her voice is awful and annoying.
