Date someone better? Like really if you have dysphria but your bf isnt supportive in your transition then you really should find someone better. The longer you put off your transition the worse your dysphoria is going to get and we both know that guy is not worth the pain that you will feel.

Because basically all you could do would be to take anti androgens without estrogen but that might not completely keep dysphoria at bay and its extremely unhealthy long term to have neither estrogen or testosterone in your body.
