Just keep practicing talking above your adams apple, take deep breathes, relax. Drink some hot tea or something to open up your vocal cords.

Go get in the shower and listen to a song where a girl is singing somewhat high. Just practice trying to hit the notes to loosen up your voice, the shower is so that the sound of the water will drown out your voice and you wont be able to hear yourself very well.

Trust me, i know voice training fucking sucks and its really hard and makes you dysphoric. But you need to practice or it will never get any better.
