I'm really tired so not sure if i misunderstood you. the abstract says it's about prepubescent children and that only 20% or whatever of them who received treatment had dysphoria that persisted to age 18. it doesn't say anything about how long the dysphoria persisted for those whose went away so seems like if they had like 1 session and then the suspected dysphoria went away they would still be included in the 80%. that is my evidence that it seems misleading when you are using it to argue that dysphoria doesn't persist to adulthood in most suspected trans children so children under 18 shouldn't be allowed any hrt.
