I think you have misread what I wrote. He does like me, I don't like myself though. I generally do not believe when people tell me that I am attractive, or rather, it makes me feel good for a while hearing that but next day I wake up and look into the mirror and start feeling bad and insecure again.

With that, you would be getting no breasts (the drug is literally used to treat breast cancer), you would avoid adverse effects (except that this particular SERM can potentially make hot flashes worse), but there would be uncertain (likely, none) elsewhere. Of course, some of what people consider to be feminization is simply the lack of masculinization, so the AA (antiandrogen, here bicalutamide) would be enough for some of this. There are other SERMs, but this is the best tested for our purposes, tamoxifen can potentially induce cognitive dysfunction, whereas raloxifene is used to treat cognitive dysfunction caused by menopause and antipsychotics.

For reference, you would be taking the SERM instead of a normal, full estrogen, and on raloxifene you would have uncertain feminization elsewhere. Alternating between them is an option, staying on estradiol untill breasts are too much, then switch to raloxifene until feminization is too little. When stitching, use the pharmacokinetic data to guide the switch such that estrogen activation in tissues that they both effect remains the same. Use blood tests, and know that the estrogen values in a blood test are useless data while on raloxifene. I am assuming you are using a normal antiandrogen/antigonadotropic and not bicalutamide. Surgery to remove the breasts buds before taking HRT is an option, I do not know if that would work at this point, though.
