Well it looks like a leg and part of a thigh removed from a leftover whole roasted chicken with BBQ sauce and slice of American "cheese" added, then microwaved. Is this an actual dish in the US? No. Has any retard that can barely feed themselves ever done this? Yes obviously.
Typically people do not put cheese on bone in chicken. Also American "cheese" is a meme, only poor people and little kids eat that shit on a regular basis. I prefer Gouda, Muenster, or Havarti myself.
