Same here. Started hrt at 21. I have nice wide hips but also man shoulders. Womens pants and stuff fit me well but i have to wear mens shirts. Whatev.

Well, there are women with larger shoulders. I guess. There must be, because people always clock me as a girl in any angle but up front.
Wish my hips were wider, though. Maybe I just need more fat and time.

I personally think 18 is an age where it still would be a great start for some or a horrible one for others. It's all about genetics.
I have 11.8 inch shoulders, 20 inch waist and 36 inch hips and I'm sure that if I somehow was affected by testosterone, had male puberty and then began hrt, I wouldn't look THAT bad.
