So after feeling shit that aligns with dysphoria all my life, I sort of 'came out to myself' almost a year ago and have been sitting on that little revelation ever since, paralysed with doubt as to what to do about it and whether I'm just talking myself into a mistake etc, going back and forth.

Spoiler: I was sick all day, obviously it was a real cold and not some fucking delusion.
