Tripcodes are generated with an algorithm. What you type in behind the # is used like a variable in the equation to get whats put out.
So if you do #xyz you get !dxXqzZbxPY and #XYZ gives you !oS3F0LolSc because what you type in doesn't correlate directly to what the tripcode actually is. It's treated like a number for the formula.
To get one with words in them, people use programs that generate millions of guesses a second until it finds a tripcode that has the word you are looking for in it.
like #EJFG[XL9{( gives me !tUNaFISHyI which is another trip i searched for. But it isnt perfect because finding a long legible word is hard (my current trip took me and a friend a few days of running a tripcode program to find it.
If youre interested in bothering with that then google Merikens Tripcode Engine v3, its the fastest one around.
