It wouldn't be practical to have your mom support you financially as well as save all her money for things like your FFS, especially as those are secondary things. FFS isn't a cure to dysphoria, and believing that it will be is only going to cause you more harm in the long run.
You said you can't work or walk very far, but there are options that don't envolve that, like get a clerical job at an office where you sit all day answering phones or something. Even if your mom does save up and pay for your FFS, you still have to live a life of your own afterwards.
If your medical situation is really so bad that even that is not an option, then why aren't you on government assistance for being disabled?

I'm not trying to come off as rude, you just seem to have developed a sort of tunnel vision about what you can do and what you need. These are the kinds of things that need to be gone over with a psychiatrist if you're already seeing one. Have them help you find ways to change your situation and work on others aspects besides the dysphoria. Psychs don't just magically fix things, they help you fix yourself.
