Kind OT but I don't know if I'm a celiac or just gluten intolerant. I read that celiac symptoms always show up before your 22nd birthday but I didn't notice mine until very recently and I'll be 24 in December. It's also apparently genetic but none of my family has it.

Anyway, eating large amounts of gluten make me feel like an organ exploded in my abdomen with a migraine and like I could throw up any second. Also chest pain and achey joints. Small traces give me a migraine and nausea. After the blood test there's a biopsy if you test "positive" which doesn't necessarily mean you have it. They knock you out for it but afterwords you're left with stomach cramps and bloating.

Not only that but You have to eat large amounts of gluten every day for a week before both of these procedures so they can accurately diagnos, hence PAIN.
