In general for everyone, maybe this mostly helps me because I have literally zero cheek bones, but smiling helps with face shape imo, and thereby passing. Though idk, maybe that could exacerbate problems for other people but it works for me.

You're going to have to work on passing extra hard considering that you're 6'4". It's possible but takes a lot of effort and knowing how to dress for your body. If you are slender (not skinny-fat) then you're off to a good start. First off grow your actual hair out. Second is STOP LINING YOUR BOTTOM LASHLINE WITH LIQUID EYELINER. You're not a high school scene kid anymore. It also makes your eyes look small. With liquid eyeliner do your top lashline only. Come back with another pic after being on hormones for some time but I think you can make it. No pass as of now but that doesn't mean no pass forever.

Give hormones some time, tame those eyebrows, change your glasses frames to something more feminine that suits your face shape, and you have the potential to pass. Looking at your nose I have a similar problem too because I'm guessing yours is aquiline nose. It's not terrible but if ffs scares you you can try minor nose surgery for it to fit your face nicer. You have nice bone structure though. Good luck.

You might want FFS in the future but you don't look like Dave Mustaine. The only thing of Mustaine's I want is his skill, well and maybe his money. Okay yeah definitely his money. My jaw is something I hope mellows out on HRT and once I start hair removal, it's too well defined. Honestly I don't do anything to my skin other than occasionally exfoliate it and moisturise it, however I mainly eat just fruit and bread, and I rarely drink anything other than water or sometimes tea/coffee. It could be the amount of walking I do each day, or instrument playing, or even weed smoking, but my pores rarely get clogged and my face is fairly soft.
