Hello,
I am looking to become more fem, but do not want boobs. I've been taking Spiro & Estrofem the last 10 days and feeling serious nip sensations. I thought it would take longer/be less noticeable.
I want less body hair & fat redistribution.
I have read a little on SERMs (raloxifene), but there is not really much i can find much on it for this purpose.
Anyone here have experience or references to share?

The SERM that you discuss is an antagonist at the alpha estrogen nuclear receptor and agonist at beta nuclear receptor. DNA binding has 98% similarity between the two isoforms, so it is their distribution in different tissues that is the main determinant of which feminization effects will occur and which will be blocked. Breast has mainly alpha, bone has mainly beta, skin has mainly beta, glute fat has mainly beta, and the abs fat are not that affected by estrogen at all, but instead androgens that cause it to be male-typical, so antiandrogen is enough for that. We have no data or even reasonable guesses on facial fat tissue, although at least the skin will be feminized with the SERM that you discuss. Estradiol with a SERM is not useful, as it will be blocked at the alpha and useless add at the beta. It might be useful is the transmembrane nuclear receptors are important for these effects and if that SERM does not bind to them, I have no knowledge on either.
