If you take it together with estrodiol, it'll most likely over power the raloxifene. You could try cycling between them instead, supposedly that's been done, but honestly if you just want to look more feminine and don't want breasts, an anti-androgen and a SERM like raloxifene should be plenty.

For one it seems like it has some downsides you guys ignore, and on top of that it's shown to only reduce it about 60%. 60% less would still need to be hidden, and would likely become saggy from size loss. Never had my tummy pierced but back in the day I had a dermal punch done on my conch which allegedly hurts quite a lot. Also have had other cartilage piercings. Also had my septum pierced and stretched to 6mm. The cartilage denting was easily far, far, far more painful than any piercing I've ever had.

It's a quick pain and I don't think there's much pain to any piercing. On top of that it's just flesh, just a surface piercing. You're not punching through cartilage or removing a chunk of it or anything.
