don't ever use them on the face! it hurts like hell! the facial hair and skin is different for some reason. i personally can't use them on pubic hair, because that hair is too strong and i'm scared to use it for my armpits. if you can afford it i'd recommend not going cheap on an epilator. i've bought one for 20 bucks and i ended buying another one for 100 just a couple months later because the cheap one wasn't doing its job properly.

well i exfoliate daily and lotion after shower and i feel like my skin is pretty soft even before hrt. i don't have anything to compare it too so idk. i use hair removal cream for my crotch and butt but that's very stressing for your skin. i only use it because it's the least painful way.
don't wash your hair with shampoo daily. turn it down slowly to every few days or even once a week, whatever your hair allows. use conditioner or some hair repair care daily. don't heat dry it.
