Find your boy pitch. If it's close to 220hz you don't have much work to do. Work on slowly raising it up right under falsetto. Keep working higher and higher, spend an hour a day at least doing it. Get rid of resonance by talking all breathy and exasperated, feel your larynx or adams apple move up, get to a point where it stays up there and usually you'll feel no resonance in your chest.

Do that enough and you'll have a girl voice. A tip is to sing, find a song in your target girl voice pitch and sing to it.

I think one lesson from a voice professional or someone who has done their voice before is good. So then you know how to warm up and actually proceed properly on attaining your voice, instead of trying to falsetto your way up.

But yeah, that's about it. Majority reason why most trannies can't do voice is either they get stuck in falsetto and dgaf or don't practice enough, usually the latter.

My first month was Spiro-only. I noticed this sudden different feeling around week 2-3, but nothing physical.
