(not a doctor but) I'm pretty sure T helps a lot with sex drive. Amerifag so I don't know doses for cypro but you should be able to get a lab to check your levels even without a prescription.

My sex drive got a lot better after switching to a half dose of Spiro, and my T levels are still well within the female range.
