Hm there are some tutorials on youtube luckily, but i can only train my voice when my parents aren't in the house, because it would be too embarrassing otherwise. But at least i made some progress quite quickly going from about 120Hz to about 220.
But pitch isn't all unfortunately and the joyful sing-sang voice feels fake if you're acutally depressed :/
