Really now? I feel like her ult is countered by so many different heroes by virtue of her having to stand still for it. Junkrat is like "oh god someone is going to die for sure, let's hope we can spread out safely for it".

I think my main problem with a lot of heroes is that they don't have an alt fire on rmb that honestly should be there considering how few skills and stuff most of them got. Copypaste something fun from UT rocket launcher on to pharah, add a rocket that the mech fires for DVA and so on. For pharh I think it'd be especially helpful considering she has one ability beyond flying and it's not a particularly interesting one.
