I rode a motorcycle today. This MSF course is proving to be one of the best $180 dollars I've ever spent.
I've noticed that some of my hobbies let my mind completely clear up. Until today, I only had 2 of those, shooting and roller/ice skating. But I think motorcycle riding is a 3rd because I had that sense of clarity throughout most of today's lesson, even though I had to focus on so many new things.

The best age you could possibly be a girl in is 16-25, once you're past that (god forbid STARTING after that), even if you were to make it perfectly, you're launched into life in a gender you know nothing about (public life-wise), with nothing to earn for it, and with everything that could make you happy starting to be barred by your advancing age.

I feel this. I am 24.5 right now. I am gonna start insurance HRT in 2 weeks. It feels like the closer I get to transitioning the more I want to die because I realize it's all worthless.

The only thing keeping me in it is my genetics. I pass about 50-70% of the time pre-HRT. I was hopeful starting all this but the longer I am around transcommunities, the more I think I'm destined to fail despite having a good voice and genetics.

The thing that scares me more than anything else is the thought of a post-apocalyptic society. If the US economy collapses, or insurance companies fail etc, we basically just die. I'm afraid of not being able to access HRT.

This is the thing I was thinking. The problem is it's so difficult to get sources anyway, without trying to understand trans issues. I suppose the only way to look into it is to try find trans experiences from the modern period that might help aid our cause. - if that's even doable in itself.

I think that the biggest thing that connects me with my mom is that we both are straight up Szechuanese with our tastes in food. Like, she's Chinese raised in Taiwan and I'm half Chinese. But all the food genes from my grandfather are full on active with both of us, so we're always trying new restaurants. There's this one dish that I can't type, or even pronounce correctly, that we love. And we're constantly searching for the perfect one. Haven't found it yet and it doesn't even matter if we did, as long as we're doing it together.
