I'm seriously fucking freaking out.

I've been on hormones for just a bit over a year and progesterone for just a bit over a month. I don't get much exercise and haven't for the past four years, I spend most of my time sitting on the computer.

Lately I've been majorly freaking out that my penis is shrinking and that I'm having circulation problems as well. I don't have many options for exercising and every time I have done anything other than just basic cardio I've actually injured myself. Yes, this is with good form as well. Doing squats and stuff gives me injuries that last for weeks.

Is my penis supposed to be shrinking or is it because I haven't gotten much chance to use it? If I start using it again can I get it back up to the size it used to be?

I'm freaking out so fucking bad. This is all I had going for me was being a MtF with a big penis. SRS is out of the question. If I could get a real vagina I would but I refuse to do SRS. If my penis is permanently shrunken I'm going to want to kill myself. I know I will. I can deal with having my testicles shrink. I can deal with being infertile.
