How do you find a middle ground between acting femme and and acting "manly".

Naturally, I have a very masculine posture. I slouch a bit by default, I sit with my legs wide spread, generally stand with my feet apart... And my mannerisms overall are very un-ellegant, sometimes very brusque. I do it unconsciously, it's what makes me comfortable.

I just watched some old videos from last summer of me just hanging out with friends and my posture was so butch I felt a little embarrassed or just not comfortable. I don't know if it's because it makes me feel like a stereotype or something, or just that it might give away that I'm gay.
