Personally I would go for cypro, it has more bang for the buck and less side effects than spiro, the dose can go down to as little as 12.5mg a day after some time and cost £15 for 200 days worth.

Stress is the biggest side effect of cypro, which can be mitigated with magnesium.

Tiredness and fatigue is the biggest side effect of spiro, exercising is harder so I wouldn't advise it if you have an active lifestyle.
