Anyways, have him take biotin, and gelatin. Plain Knox gelatin is fine. Eating healthy in general and getting enough protein will also help his hair, skin and nails.

Take care of his hair. Experimenting is a pain, but keep testing different products until you find something that gives a good result. Try not to rely too much on straighteners and blowdryers.

For soaps, probably avoid the typical store brands. Also, even though the girly soaps smell awesome, they can be very drying on the skin. Olive oil, goat's milk, or glycerin based soaps might be worth checking out. Same with face washes. If you want, you can make natural sugar scrubs at home too.

Also read up on stuff like coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey for their beauty applications. ACV can be used as a toner, and may be antiaging when used as a drink mixed with water. Raw honey as a face mask. And coconut oil for pretty much anything, eating, antiaging, hair treatment, moisturizer, etc.

Also, have him start laser on his face. He should also start an exercise program of lunges, bridges, bird dogs, froggy kicks, leg abductions/standing kickbacks, donkey kicks, laying on side leg lifts, and stuff like that.
