If it looks cakes it's not done right. That could be the brushes, the makeup or the applicator. There are so many tutorials online. Just judging by your pictures, you should First concentrate on learning how to do an even base of foundatio, one colour eyeshadow and eyeliner.

Once you have those down looking natural, look at blush and colour. The though thing is not jumping in the deep end. Start simple and work up.

Good in what way? I have like zero hips, and most of that number is butt rather than actual hippage (the hip bone area is like, 31", butt adds 3"). I have broad shoulders and no hips to counterbalance them. I don't even have a large chest either. If I had hips, or normal non-boxy broad shoulders I'd be totally fine, but I don't. And surgically, all I can realistically fix is being somewhat flat.

In all purposes I look like a skinny guy naked. I don't even know how to move on from here, and desu, I think this is the part where most mtfs kill themselves out of despair.

I prefer to judge the ones who can do it without HRT because I consider HRT to be cheating.

As someone who is more about being androgynous than every little thing at once I consider the face the single most important part and could care less about most other aspects, at least up close. yeah, i have a pretty minor brow ridge but i fixate on it. if anything itd be for myself rather than to pass better. i think my forehead is somewhat high naturally so i might do a hairline lowering which is generally done with the brow bone shave/forehead contouring. then i might get a nose job... i dunno about that though. my nose already got a bit smaller from hrt it seems

I think you'll be fine as soon as the HRT begins to kick in. From this picture, you will be dealing with wide shoulders, possibly a wide ribcage, and anything else not shown (voice, mannerisms, ect.) While you can't do anything surgically about your ribcage or shoulders, this can be offset by smart styling and clothing choices. (For example: spaghetti straps with large shoulders = bad.) Your facial features actually look feminine, however you may want to do FFS for your chin later (depending on how it turns out after HRT), but I would wait and see how you look after HRT. Oh, and you might want to shape your eyebrows. (learn makeup too while you're at it...)

From what I hear, when you get on HRT, you'll start to lose muscle mass after a couple of months. This can take up to a year to adequately settle in, but during this time, if you lose as much weight as you can, then start adding it back on, you can achieve close to a female fat distribution. However, HRT won't fix skeletal issues, so chins, shoulders and ribcages you'll just have to deal with :/

HRT should stop the balding, and it will slowly begin to recover over time, but get on HRT as fast as possible to stop as much progress as you can.

Self-medding is very dangerous, but it can be used to bridge the gap between the time that you see a therapist and an endocrinologist to get a proper regiment going. Tbh, that picture is pretty blurry and noisy, try taking a picture in good lighting with a proper camera if you can. Don't use the front facing camera on your phone since the absolutely abhorrent lenses will distort your face, and try take the picture at least 2-3 feet away from your face. Multiple angles in good light, including a profile view will get the best results since we can actually see what's going on.

Shaping your eyebrows normally involves plucking, and contouring involves some planning and understanding. Here, youtube tutorials are you friend. There are dozens of youtube tutorials on every type of contouring and eyebrow shape that there's almost no excuse to not learn makeup skills. Here, makeup subreddits, trans youtubers and tutorials can all help. You can do eyebrow contouring yourself, definitely.
