It gets better with more interviews. Just keep applying and interviewing and something will stick eventually. Try to look up common interview questions and think of answers beforehand; think about the questions they ask that really get you stuck and put extra thought into them until you have a great answer.

Now, when I did all of this, I had a problem: I'd think of my answers beforehand, but my anxious mind would scream at me, 'but those answers are stupid and you're stupid'. If you have that problem, try examining those negative thoughts rationally: why are those answers stupid? How can I improve them rather than dismissing them?

Also, I've used Phenibut to great success in mitigating anxiety during interviews. It can only be used once or twice a week, otherwise it's addicting and builds tolerance, but it's pretty amazing stuff if you can control yourself while using it.

Sorry to hear life is rough right now, but slowly, with effort, things do improve.
