Anyone ever build a dedicated .22LR upper with CMMG parts? I just ordered their 4.5" barrel and bolt. I really want to know how much of that barrel protrudes past the receiver so I can get a rail that covers as much of my suppressor as possible (pic related).

I mean, I could just be patient and measure it all when it gets here, but fuck that.

I have a block I M4A1 clone that is damn near perfect except for the stupid pinned/welded flash hider that is goofy looking because it's extended to bring my 14.5" barrel up to 16". Thinking about removing it and just putting on an A2.. I mean, there's almost no chance I'd get busted, right?

I have optometrist diagnosed astigmatism, and still manage to get most dots decently crisp. The trick is having your glasses on, and having a red dot with enough brightness adjustment that you can dial it in perfectly. I returned a Vortex SPARC II because it didn't have enough adjustment to get a crisp dot. My trijicon RMR and PA MD ADS get crisp enough.
