There is a way to run the serial and come back with pertinent data that describes where the pistol was sent and what company it was assigned to, if it was assigned to a company at all. A shitload of them were schoolhouse pistols and exhibit extreme wear, the rest were all issued to operating units that saw action in Afghanistan and other theatres.

If you don't have normiebook then I cant help you, that's the only place that I have seen that is comprised of owners of these pistols, proof of ownership and record of serial is required for entry and data basing purposes.

Obviously T1/T2 is better, but between things like the Romeo, SPARC AR, SPARC II, Strikefire, and Lucid, the PA MD ADS is definitely the best value.

The Holosun Paralow with the reticule is also decent.

There is a reason why Vortex will just send you a brand new SPARC AR or SPARC II for free when the one you have breaks. It is because they charge $250 for an optic that they should charge $125 for, and way less than half of the tards who buy them make use of the warranty.

Almost 3k rounds under my PA MD ADS. Do I wish I had just saved up for a T2 from the outset? Yes of course.

Since the BUIS doesn't do anything when flipped up through the optic, is it best to get the scope as close to the eye as possible or is distance the key? the 14.5 is practically new and used to shoot fine and has 1,500rds so it's not worn

the 10.3 also used to shoot fine and only has 4k rounds so it shouldn't be worn.

the 10.3 does better with xm193 than the 14.5 but the 14.5 does better with the 62 than the 10.3

it seems like the can is an issue because it tends to open up the groups but not always so i'm not 100% sure if the can is causing problems.

Regardless, your first option should be saving up for an T2, then selling the PA micro, or putting it on something else. If that isn't an option but you still want to spend money, there are tons of T1/H1 mount options out there that will work.
The Fortis and Seekins are aesthetic, light, and around $75 each. The Geissele looks kinda like the Larue one, and is $95 vs the Larue LT751 which is $110, but super nice and comes with a QD. On the top end of things you can spend $150 on a Scalarworks or a Kinetic Designs Sidelok, with the Sidelok being what I'm lusting after. Cool thing is if you do ever drop the dosh on a T2, you've already got a gucci mount for it.

But before anything get rid of the Troys. MBUS pro are a favorite, nice and low profile. MBUS poly are fine too, and are light.

Just no Troy.
