My eyes like shorter handguards and exposed metal more. I like to see barrel etc sticking out.
Pic related is what sold me on the 49/56 more than anything. Also, it's in 308 which is nice, but I'd have probably passed if I'd known about all the problems conversions have had.

The immediate post-64 Winchester's were functional rifles but compared to the Pre-64 they had distinct shortcomings. Over the years they reintroduced the controlled round feed and the general construction improved to the point the modern M70 is pretty darn good.

I would say this is unlikely due to the spring seen through the transparent magazine, which means at least the mag is real. The KWA KMP9's mag is a block of metal, mostly a gas reservoir, with a thin column up from for pellets to go into. Sorry for the autistic airsoft shit, but I used to be into it before babby was old enough to buy real guns.

He hasn't just been a dad to me. He's taught me everything I know. When he left the navy at E-7 because he was deemed too old to be promoted, he didn't retire. He joined the army and did three more tours when he was 50+ years old. He's been around the world and back, and brought many great stories and lessons. He's been a great dad and I'll be very happy if I'm half as good as he is to my kids when I'm older.

I am glad that you appreciate him the way you do. A lot of people never had a good father to look up to and to learn from and they have to painfully find their way through life and towards their adulthood through trial and error.

He's always on call for adulting questions. I know I can rely on him whenever I need something. He's 60 now still addicted to working and still giving me advice whenever it's needed. Trying to spend as much quality time with him as I can before it's too late. Last weekend we had a blast shooting and checking out ATVs for our land. My worst fear is losing him even thought it's inevitable.

TFW my dad left me when I was two and has been in prison for the past 10 years.. I don't miss him because I never knew him, but two years ago at my HS graduation I didn't have a dad to say he was proud of me. Don't get me wrong my mom is amazing but shes only half of a whole.
