The crosman 1377 or the 1322?
The 1377 has 600 fps while the 1322 has 450 fps. But the 1323 is a 22 cal round which carries more momentum. Which would be more accurate at long range. (I say long rang but i really only mean like 200-300 yards). Thanks broteins.
And remember: i fucking love all of you :)

fuck off

At 405 mph muzzle velocity 200 yards takes a little more than 1 second. If you think a .177 round stops before its flied for 1 second then you are probly the one who needs to fuck some offs...

.177 will tend to do better because it's going faster. it's pretty difficult to hit things reliably at 200 yards with an airgun, especially without a stock. it's not impossible but realistically 40-60 yards will be your effective range.

there are good game tables if you plan on hunting with it that you'd probably want to look at too.

Thanks mate!

With a 240 m/s (ca 700 fps) air rifle, you get w friggin 900 cm drop at 300 meters.

dude, a 12 foot pound air rifle (240 m/s with a .177) drops to 40 m/s (8.44 grain pellets) at 300 meters. And drops 9 meters. To put it in perspective - you'd be aiming at a 3rd floor window to hit a target at ground level.
And that's before you account for wind drift.

Am i doomed to buy a sniper rifle? How much is a barret 50 cal cost?
>>34018340
More than a 13 year old posting on 4chan can afford.
>>34018340
a nice starter .50 cal would be around $2000

>realistically 40-60 yards will be your effective range
For a pistol, I agree. A PCP airgun can reasonably hit targets at 100 yards.

how many fps is it putting out? and how much wind is there?
