The brace, or buying the brace?

The brace is basically 3 pieces, the buffer tube, the brace+2 rails, and the main housing with the adjustor nobs. You put the tube(which has the castle nut built in) though the main housing and torque it onto the receiver, then slide the brace+rails into it.

My post implies that my motivation for buying the brace is to stick it to the ATF/government and their sbr/firearm laws. But the real reason is because I like pdw stocks, and didn't want to wait for the retarded/incompetent atf to take a year approving my sbr stamp.

It technically isn't a stock, and isn't "designed" to be one. It's a brace, it's designed to be pressed against your cheek, or strapped to your forearm, but isn't designed to be pressed firmly against your shoulder.
