You need:

An upper and lower receiver, Anderson and Aero are the best value. Get an upper that includes dust cover and forward assist

A lower parts kit, literally any brand will do, You can find ones that don't come with a grip or a trigger if you want to use something different.

A mil-spec buffer tube kit(includes buffer, buffer tube, spring, castle nut, and end plate). UTG Pro is a good value

A stock. Magpul makes the best stocks in the industry, anyone who disagrees is a shill.

A charging handle and a BCG. I recommend BCM charging handles and AIM Surplus bolt carriers.

A barrel. Ballistic Advantage is the best value, they come with a sub-MOA guarantee.

Low profile gas block and gas tube. get it from Ballistic Advantage when you buy a barrel.

A hand guard. So many great options here, I recommend the Geissele MK8.

A flash hider or muzzle brake. Surefire, Vortex, PWS, KAC, lots of options here.
